It is also the home field of the team. The club is a member of the South Division of AFC in the National Football League. They joined the NFL in 1995 as the expansion team.
The Jaguars are under the ownership of Shahid Khan, who is a Pakistani-American businessman. He purchased the team for an estimate of $770 million. The president of the team is Mark Lamping, while David Caldwell is the general manager. The franchise has won none of the League Championships and Conference Championships but only three Division Championships (AFC Central: 1998, 1999 and AFC South: 2017). The Jaguars have qualified for the playoffs seven times.
The official uniform theme of the Jaguars is comprised of black, teal, and gold. The official mascot of the team is Jaxson de Ville. The club is also known for its nicknames, such as Jags and Jag Wires. The team also has a cheerleading squad known by the name Jacksonville Roar.
