Chris Young Information
Christopher Alan Young is a country music singer and songwriter from Murfreesboro, Tennessee, USA. The 34-year-old caught his biggest break in 2006 when he emerged the winner in a singing competition of a TV show program Nashville Star.
After this win, young Chris got signed up by the RCA Records Nashville and later in the same year released his self-titled debut album. Two tracks from the album, You’re Gonna Love Me and Drinkin Me Lonely featured on Hot Country Songs charts.
On Sept. 1st, 2019, Young released his second album, The Man I Want to Be, in which the title track alongside others, Voices and Gettin You Home (The Black Dress Song), all went to become Billboard No.1.
In 2011, he released his third album Neon and had two tracks making it to No. 1. That is Tomorrow and You. Another track on the same album, I Can Take It from There also made it to top 20 hits.
He followed that up with a fourth album, A.M., in 2013 and had three new singles that topped top 5 hits. These singles are Who I Am with You, Aw Naw, and Lonely Eyes. And in late 2015, Chris released his fifth album, I’m Comin’ Over, in late 2015.
