Tedeschi Trucks Band is an American blues and blues-rock band which was formed in the year of 2010. The bands hails from Jacksonville, Florida. The band Tedeschi Trucks Band consists of a married couple Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks. In 2011 they released their debut album “Revelator” which won the 2012 Grammy Award for the Best Blues Album. The band has released two live albums and four major studio albums. The album “Revelator” reached number 92 on the Canadian Album Charts and number 164 in the UK Album Charts. The second album, they released was “Everybody’s Talking” on May 2012.
After touring together in 2007 the couple decided to merge their own groups to form the Tedeschi Trucks Band. In 2013 the Tedeschi Trucks Band released their third album called “Made Up Mind”, and also in the same year, the band was nominated for the Blues Music Awards. Sony Masterworks published their first three albums, and Fantasy Records released their new album “Let Me Get By”. This album by Tedeschi Trucks Band debuted at number 15 on the Billboard Top 200. The band announced the tour dates on January 9, 2019. As of now, they have released their fourth studio album “Signs”, which was released on February 15, 2019.
