Ever since she released her debut extended play record 'DON'T KILL MY VIBE,' which was released in 2017, Sigrid has climbed up the charts in the Norwegian music industry. She went on to release various versions of her EP such as acoustic and remixes. Born on the 5th of September 1996 Sigrid SobakkRabbe is a Norwegian artist who eventually won the BBC MUSIC SOUND IN 2018. At the age of 21, she was one of the youngest artists to receive this award. Following this, several Sigrid's singles and her debut solo album reached the top 10 on UK Singles Chart and UK Albums Chart. At just the age of 21, she topped number 1 on Norwegian Charts and made it in the Top 10 for both the UK Singles and Albums Chart.
Sigrid was born in the small town of Ålesund in Norway. During her adolescent age, she was inspired by various artists such as Adele, Neil Young, etc. From here onwards, Sigrid went on to perform at the Glastonbury Festival, Somerset England. In 2 years since her debut, she has done 3 European Tours and will be beginning her US tour from the 11th of September '19. Her debut album Sucker Punch deviates from the established classic pop music; it talks about identity crisis, breakups and clichéd romantic movies.
