Fusing reggae, dub, rock, and pop into an appealingly laid-back mix. Iration became prominent in the late 2000s when they released a series of successful albums that topped various charts around the country. These albums also topped the Billboard reggae charts and the Top 200. Though all the members of the band Iration hail from Hawaii, the group decided to launch their career in Isla Vista in California. Initially, the lineup of Iration included singer Kai Rediske, guitarist/singer Micah Pueschel, keyboardist Cayson Peterson, bassist Adam Taylor, and drummer Joseph Dickens.
In 2006, Iration came out with their extended play New roost. Followed by this album they came out with a new full-length album in 2007 called “No Time for Rest.” This blockbuster album featured guest shot from reggae legend Mikey Dread. In the year 2008, Iration went on national your called “Playboys in Paradise” along with the support of band Peppers. Touring kept Iration busy until 2010 when their second album, Time Bomb, arrived.
