The Riviera Theatre is a historic Chicago-based theatre which is located at Sheridan Park, 4746 N Racine Ave Chicago, IL. The theatre was completed in 1917 as a movie theater for the Balaban & Katz chain and was opened to the general public on October 2, 1918. It is currently under the ownership of Jams Productions. The theatre is located in the Uptown section of the city, at the intersection of Lawrence, Broadway, and Racine. The venue has a seating capacity of 2,500 people at a time. Its rich architecture was designed as an example of the French Renaissance Revival architecture by Rapp and Rapp for Balaban and Katz's chain. It is designed in the most modern way preserving its historical beauty and essence simultaneously.

The Riviera Theatre serves home to the world's greatest shows, concerts, family shows, performances, entertainment, and private functions throughout for a decade annually from all genres. The famous events hosted by the venue include My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult performed in 1988, ''Larger than life'' album tour by Jody Watley, ''Its My life tour'' by Tin Machine, and many others.
