The venue was opened to the general public on July 4, 1991. The Pavilion has a seating capacity of 19,500 (7,232 seats under Pavilion, 2,221 reserved seats on the lawn, and 10,000 general admission seats). The Pavilion is owned and operated by Live Nation.
