The Talking Stick Resort Arena is under the ownership of the City of Phoenix whereas operated by Phoenix Arena Development, L.P. The venue has a seating capacity of 18,422. The architectural work for this venue is done by Ellerbe Becket. It underwent some major renovation in the year 2003 with an estimated cost of $63 million.
