Lamb, who designed around 300 theaters in his career, was the architect of the United Palace Theater. The venue has a seating capacity of 3,293. The theater is under the ownership of the United Christian Evangelistic Association. The theater is currently used as a church, performing arts center, concert hall, and cinema. The United Palace Theater is the fourth largest theater in Manhattan.
