Mallon Avenue, Spokane, Washington, U.S. It is a multi-purpose arena that is under the ownership of Spokane Public Facilities District (SPFD) and is operated by the owner. It is a multi-surface arena with a capacity of 12,638 for high-end concerts, 12,210 for basketball, 10,366 for Hockey, 10,771 for indoor football, and 6,951 for half-house shows. The arena was opened to the public on September 10, 1995, with a construction cost of $62.6 million. The architecture for this arena is done by ALSC Architects and Ellerbe Becket. The venue serves home to the Spokane Chiefs of the Western Hockey League. It enjoys a state-of-the-art audio and video system.
