Popejoy Hall is the premier performing arts center that is located at the University of New Mexico, 203 Cornell Dr, Albuquerque, New Mexico. The venue is regularly used by UNM choral and musical groups by other community and university organizations. It was inaugurated on 1st October 1966, with a construction cost of $2.7 million. The hall has a seating capacity of 1,985 people at a time. It is owned and operated by UNM Public Events. It underwent renovations in the year 1996. The venue presents touring Broadway shows, symphony concerts, musical soloists, artists of international caliber, world renewed and modern ballet dance companies, etc.
