Theatre at the Ace Hotel is located at 929 South Broadway, Los Angeles, California. It is a renovated hotel as well as a theatre type. The combined building was initially known as the United Artists Building and later known as the Texaco Building. The building was known as the tallest building in the city. The Theatre is formerly known as the historic United Artists Theater. The Theatre is under the ownership of Chesapeake Lodging Trust while the Ace Hotel Group manages it. The building consists of 13 floors with 3 floors for Theatre while the architecture was designed by Walker & Eisen and Charles Howard Crane. The venue is styled in a Spanish Gothic Revival.
