The MGM National Harbor is located at 101 MGM National Ave, Oxon Hill, Maryland. This venue is a US$1.4 billion resort which was opened on December 8, 2016. There are 308 no. of rooms included. It is under the ownership of MGM Resorts International, and it is operated by the same. This venue got licensed in December 2013 to develop a US$925 million resort which later increased to US$1.2 billion.

The building has a white exterior with marble used. The casino arrangement is similar to the National Mall arrangement. The architect of record for the project is SmithGroupJJR. The site includes a 23-story hotel with 308 rooms, retail space, a spa, a 3,000-seat theater with seven VIP suites, seven restaurants, meeting and event space, and a parking garage for 4,800 cars.
Some notable events held at this casino include the 66th edition of the Miss World pageant, Classic Cher concert, Piece of Me Tour by Britney Spears, and some other concerts by Mariah Carey, Cher, etc. On July 23, 2019, in a boxing match held at the theatre at MGM National Harbor, Russian boxer Maxim Dadashev died due to injuries.
