Charleston Civic Center, which was opened in 1959 with a budget of $2.5 million, is a municipal located at 200 Civic Center Drive, Charleston, West Virginia. When it opened its gates for people in 1959, it came with a seating capacity of 6000, along with extra 750 seats for "Little Theatre."
