Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live Glow-N-Fire
The Mid-America Center is an arena and a convention center which is located at 1 Arena Way Council Bluffs, Iowa. The venue opened its doors to the public on October 18, 2002. It has a seating capacity of around 9,000 for concerts, 6,793 for Hockey, and 7,000 for Basketball. The arena is owned by the City of Council Bluffs and operated by Caesars Entertainment. HNTB designed the architecture of the Mid-America Center.
The arena was a former home to the APFL’s Iowa BlackHawks. This arena also hosted Omaha Lancers of the USHL for seven years from 2002-2009. Omaha Rollergirls of the WFTDA performed at the Roller Derby bouts from February 19, 2011, to February 2013. The center has also hosted River City Hunting and Nebraska State Bridge Tournament where Bill Gates and Warren Buffet showed their presence.
Some top event names that have been hosted by the arena include OWH Bridal Ideas Shows, Peer’s Salon Shows, and Omaha Press Club Show. Not only this, but the venue has also been a place for the top music artists, family shows, rock shows, community events, and USHL hockey events.
