It was last repaired and painted with a renovation cost of around$6.5 million. The architecture of the theatre was designed by an American architect, Thomas W. Lamb. The Palace was renamed to the Radio Keith Orpheum Palace in 1929 and was converted into touring Broadway shows and opera Columbus.
