St. Louis Blues of the National Hockey League is its primary tenant. The arena has a seating capacity of around 18,400 (Ice Hockey), 22,000 (Basketball & Concerts), and 10,000 for Indoor Soccer which is expandable to 18,724 people at a time. The architect of the arena was designed by Ellerbe Becket. At the time of opening, it was known as the Kiel Center until 2000.
