Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre is formerly known as the Open Air Theatre –SDSU and the Greek Bowl. It is located at 5500 Campanile Drive, San Diego, California, United States. This open-air theatre is an amphitheater and has a seating capacity of around 5,000 (exactly 4,600) people at a time. It is the San Diego State University’s on-campus amphitheater which connects the main campus to the gymnasium for the first time. The construction began in 1939, and the theater was opened in 1941, in the dedication for the Founder’s Day Celebration. This venue hosts some exciting concerts featuring some of the top acts like Kacey Musgraves, ZZ Top, Vampire Weekend, Kidz Bop Kids, etc.
