Dancing with the Stars - Live Cross Insurance Center Bangor

Located in Bangor, Maine, the Cross Insurance Center is a multi-purpose arena with a seating capacity of 5,800 people. For concerts, it has a seating capacity of 8500 people. It also attached a convention center with a 2,000 seating capacity. Cross Insurance Center was built with a cost of $65 million; it is located across from Hollywood Casino Bangor. Currently, the arena is the home of the Maine Black Bears men's and women's basketball teams.

In September 2013, The Cross Insurance Center celebrated its Grand Opening. It has hosted many famous and legendary acts including Bob Seger, Sir Elton John, and Ringo Starr and newer stars like Luke Combs, Thomas Rhett, and a joint Ja Rule and Ashanti show. Apart from that, it has car-crushing action of the Monster Trucks Tour, hosted acts from Cirque du Soleil, and non-stop belly-laughing entertainment from the Harlem Globetrotters.

By hosting the Maine Principals' Association basketball tournament, it has become a state icon. The Cross Insurance Center is managed by Spectra which is a division of Comcast. Its naming rights were purchased by Cross Insurance Agency on July 20, 2012. Previously it was known as Bangor Arena.
