Located on the northeast corner of Emporia and Waterman streets in downtown Wichita, Kansas, United States, Intrust Bank Arena is a multi-purpose arena with a seating capacity of 15,004 people. This arena has 2 party suites, 22 suites, 40 loge boxes, and over 300 premium seats. It is home to the Wichita Force of the CIF and Wichita Thunder of the ECHL.
The INTRUST Bank Arena is managed by SMG and has 65-foot ceilings that offer better audibility and a more intimate atmosphere. Also, there is a four-sided scoreboard, 16 concession stands, 12 ticket windows, more than 4,000 parking spaces, Pre-function room with seating for 150 guests.
INTRUST Bank Arena has the second largest indoor arena in Kansas City. This is as an alternate site for Wichita State Shockers men's basketball team. The first and second-round games for the NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Tournament was held in 2011. In 2018, the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament was held. In 2021, 1st and 2nd round games of the men's tournament are scheduled to be hosted in the INTRUST Bank Arena. Moreover, Sweet 16 and Elite 8 games 2022 women's tournament will also be held in the arena.
