Amsoil Arena is located at 350 Harbor Drive, Duluth, Minnesota 55802. This venue is famously known for its multi-purpose facilities. The arena was opened for the general public in 2010, and since then, it has been hosting significant events having the largest stage in Duluth. The place was built for the men’s and women’s hockey teams of the University of Minnesota-Duluth’s as their home hockey arena. The hockey arena has a seating capacity of around 6,726 people at a time. It also has a basketball space where the seating capacity available is for 9,264 people.
The Amsoil arena has hosted the Harlem Globetrotters from the year 2012 to 2019. Many great and popular events held in this arena so far including the rally of the President of the United States, Donald Trump, of around 8,372 people on June 20, 2018. This is so now the record-breaking attendance recorded for this arena. Also, the Amsoil arena has been honored with the performances of comedians like Jeff Dunham and Jim Gaffigan.
The arena was rated for the best stadium experience in the United States and Canada by the Stadium Journey. It was also ranked as the best college hockey arena in 2014-15 again by the Stadium Journey.
